![]() Where can I see if my bus from Philadelphia to New York is on time? The quickest bus trip from Philadelphia to New York takes 1 hour 45 minutes. It is good to know that all buses are 100% accessible for the disabled and that they have an access ramp. How long does it take to get from Philadelphia to New York by bus? ![]() If you pay in cash and know you have to use another bus, remember to ask the driver for an Electronic Bus Transfer on your way up. ![]() Modern buses might also have TV-monitors to announce the stops. A recorded message will announce the stop. Request a stop by simply pressing the STOP button (usually red and round) or pulling on the yellow cord along the 2 sides of the bus. If doors do not open automatically, it will be enough, when the bus is stopped, to push along the yellow-lines and doors will open towards the outside to let people off. Use the central and rear doors to descend the bus, and note the first few seats are reserved for senior citizens and people with disabilities. To get on the bus, always use the front door, there you find the machine where you can insert your MetroCard (or the coins) to pay for your fare, if you have to ask the driver for information, do it quickly so you don't block the other people behind you and hold the bus at the station for too long. There are some basic rules to follow when using the buses, here we see a few. MetroCard Pay-Per-Ride (from $5.50 to $80), each ride is $2.75.Single-Ride Ticket at Vending Machines $3.00.Bus Single-Ride $2.75 when paid in exact change.Note that you can use 1 MTA card "pay-per-ride" for up to 4 people at the same time. This card will be much easier to manage it reloading it as you need and using it interchangeably between buses and trains guaranteeing yourself the free transfers. We strongly advise you to at least purchase 1 Metrocard with the Pay-per-ride option which is a reloadable card that you can use on both subways and buses, and each ride will cost you $ 2.75. If you pay the Bus fare with your regular MTA Card, note that as always the MTA guarantees Free Transfer within a 2-hour window from the first use when switching from "local-bus to local-bus", " from subway to local-bus", and vice-versa " from local-bus to subway", as mentioned before Express Buses are not part of theses Free Transfer system. For Express Buses, unlimited Express Metrocards are required (valid for 7 or 30 days.) If you pay by coins aboard the bus, and your itinerary includes a bus change or a transfer to a subway train, just tell the Bus Driver that you have to make a Transfer and you will be given a single-use (not reloadable) Metrocard Card with a black stripe on the back, which you will have to use when you get on the other bus (or subway), the duration of this Transfer Ticket is 2 hours from the time you paid the original fare. ![]() If by chance, you find yourself without an MTA card on you, you can still pay the Bus single-ride fare ($2.75) aboard the bus, but make sure you have coins with you, no banknotes are accepted, only exact change and no pennies! To pay for your ride, you can use the same Metrocard that you buy at the vending machines located in every Subway Station. She is usually seen in pretty, flamboyant poses. Her stockings are the basic green and white stripe, and she wears a dull pair of ballet flats. Lime wears a mint-green dress with white frilly sleeves and ribbon lining the bottom with a daisy every few inches. On the center of the cake is a green string ribbon. She has grass green hair styled in a flared-out bob cut, worn with a two-layer, white and pink hat resembling a cake with a pastel pink scallop-lined bottom piece. Lime Chiffon is a cute green-themed girl with fair skin and small green eyes. Other times she is usually more serious and composed. Lime also tends to be loud and gets manic in small bursts when she is excited about something. This influence is probably from her dads. She strongly believes that you cannot go out to a nice restaurant without being dressed in the proper dress code. She likes exciting and extravagant new styles, as well as fancy but classic and simple styles. Lime is not just a bookworm, she's also very into fashion. She also gets annoyed or tired easily and she's usually no-nonsense. (Apricot Christie is a pun on one of the most well-known mystery authors in the world, Agatha Christie.) She is often a know-it-all but means well. She randomly owns Sherlock Holmes-style hats and claims she knows everything about solving a mystery because she reads a lot of Aprocot Christie books. Just like Blueberry she loves mysteries and is eager to solve any. She is the brainy, intelligent, and bookish one of the group, and seems to have stolen Blueberry's old personality. It has been implied that Parfait may actually be smarter than her. But then she'll simply dance away without a care. She doesn't seem to pay attention too much, so often has to be called to or pulled out of the way. A girl with a "flighty" personality, it can be pretty hard to hold onto Lime's attention for long.
A processor that's running 50% of the time and clocked down to 50% frequency performs only half the work of a processor that's running 100% of the time at 100% frequency. This change was intended to provide a more accurate representation of how much work the system is handling, and the utility counters do just that. The utility performance counters take into account the processor performance state and Turbo Boost-based enhancements to measure and normalize the work that's being done by the CPU. The old time-based performance counters measure the percentage of time that the processor is busy, whereas the new utility performance counters measure how much work the processor actually performs. The difference between the two counter types concerns how they measure the actual work that the processor performs. (Windows Resource Monitor will show values over 100%.) Task Manager's CPU Performance tab will truncate (or clamp) CPU utilization values to 100%.Rainmeter's CPU measure and the UsageMonitor plugin with the CPU alias both use the Windows 7-style Processor > % Processor Time counter. The old performance counters, Processor > % Processor Time and Processor > % Privileged Time still exist, and were used by Task Manager in Windows 7 and earlier. Microsoft created new performance counters, Processor Information > % Processor Utility and Processor Information > % Privileged Utility that attempt to better report the work a CPU is doing starting with Windows 8, Task Manager now uses these counters. This change affects the way that CPU utilization is computed. Starting with Windows 8, a change was made to the way that Task Manager and Performance Monitor report CPU utilization. (This does not mean your observations about Win11 22H2 aren't correct, they may be true too.) If you want the long version, here it is: With all that said, I do need point out that the CPU utilization you see in Windows Task manager has not matched Rainmeter since approximately Windows 8. ![]() That is why things appear and disappear unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about that, it is a Rainmeter issue.) (The Top CPU Meter does bounce around a lot because Rainmeter does not report processes that use less than 0.1% CPU. What I can say is that all this usage info is coming from Windows itself, so Rainmeter is only telling you what Windows says. It may have something to do with Microsoft tweaking the way the thread scheduler works for the newer hybrid CPUs (p-cores vs. I can't say for sure why you see a difference between Win11 21H2 and Win11 22H2. How come Gadgets cpu usage works but not Rainformers? Worked perfectly on Windows 11 21H2. And the CPU usage in the top CPU rainmeter on both Gadgets and Rainformer show the incorrect CPU usage for processes. However the top CPU rainmeter from Gadgets seems to show the exact same symptoms as Rainformer under 22H2, it only shows a few process for a few seconds, then more processes the next second and the other second just two process for example. The Gadgets CPU-meter seems to be accurate on Windows 11 22H2 as below screenshots when I compare it to Rainformer and Task Manager. The first core is 0, the second core is 1, etc.Beeta wrote: ↑ September 22nd, 2022, 6:14 am
